Services and Experience
Our full-service bath package includes a brush, bath, blow-dry, ear cleaning, and nail trim. Want a haircut too? Just choose the full-service bath and haircut package.
Most appointments take 1 to 2 hours depending on your pet’s size, coat condition, and vibe that day. We keep it efficient and calm.
Our vans are groomer-only zones to keep the space calm and distraction-free. It’s all about creating a stress-free environment for your pet.
At this time, we focus exclusively on grooming dogs. This allows our team to provide the best possible care and experience for every pup we work with.
Scheduling and Cancellations
Yes. You can reschedule any appointment more than 48 hours in advance with no fee. Life happens. We get it.
Need to cancel? No problem, as long as it’s 48 hours ahead of your scheduled time. Cancellations after that window will be charged for the full service booked.
We’ll send you friendly text reminders before your appointment, just in case you need to make any last-minute changes.
Special Situations
Let us know ahead of time if your pup needs extra time, love, and care. Our groomers are trained to work with nervous, older, or mobility-challenged pets. For overly aggressive behavior, there may be extra fees or a service refusal, but we’ll talk it through with you.
We welcome pets of all shapes and sizes. For dogs over 100 lbs, we just need to chat first to make sure we’re all set for a safe, smooth experience.
Add-Ons and Extras
It’s a high-velocity drying session that blasts away loose undercoat and speeds up the drying process. Great for shedding season and fluffy finishes.
It includes special shampoo, conditioner, and tools to gently remove loose hair. It reduces shedding and helps prevent mats. Pro tip: Do it every 4–6 weeks.
Dematting removes tangled clumps of hair. If they’re mild, we can brush them out. If they’re more intense, a close shave might be needed. We’ll always talk you through options first.
It’s a gentle scrub that brightens your dog’s face, removes tear stains, and moisturizes the skin. It’s safe, refreshing, and smells amazing.
